Dear Marko,
1. One would rarely if ever find Chinese lanterns with symbols of `autumn' or `winter' as symbollically these are not suitable on Red Chinese Lanterns.
2. In fact, symbolism is important in Feng Shui and you can in-fact, use the globe Chinese lanterns (with spring and summer) all year round. And change them when their colour fade-out or their material worn out.
Furthermore, red is considered an auspicious colour and can be used all-round the year. And it does not necessarily mean that during different seasons, one may have to change colour e.g. black or white = winter (colour).
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
